This practice evolved during a period of my life when I was feeling very vulnerable and uncertain about what the future might hold. Although opening my own practice has always been my dream, this practice developed because I chose to embrace my setbacks and turn them into an opportunity for personal and professional growth. Change is not comfortable.  It is my hope that through this practice I can help others learn to overcome their own challenges and to use them as an opportunity for growth and to develop to new strengths.
